A Taiwanese businessman Lin Nanhong donated 50,000 pesos to the Philippine Chenguang Middle School to sponsor our students who are financially challenged.
All my colleagues in the school express their heartfelt thanks.Teacher Lin Nanhong, a native of Taipei, Taiwan, graduated from the Department of Information Management of Chung Yuan University with a master's
degree. In 2015, he served as the education service officer of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee. During the service period, he continued to
work hard and contributed scientific and technological expertise.Assisted in sorting out the archives and databases since the establishment of
the school association, and also served as the host of many lectures, with witty words, responsible for writing the weekly "Chinese School Vision"
column, word by word, and also served as a judge in various competitions. Make Filipino students feel like a spring breeze and benefit a lot.In 2016,
Mr. Lin returned to the Philippines again and worked as a special assistant to the CEO of a local international asset consulting company.
In addition to his career development, he did not forget to give back to Chinese education. He was often invited to serve as a judge of various language
competitions to share knowledge and also In 2017, he published the book "Notes on ASEAN Work from Youth to Youth" in Taiwan, sharing what he has seen
and heard with young people.Mr. Lin has a strong relationship with Cheng Kuang High School and has strongly supported various activities.
Now, Mr. Lin has generously donated 50,000 Philippine dollars to help poor children to study and to do his best for the Chinese education in
the Philippines. His act of charity is admirable. Today, all my colleagues in the school express our highest respect and gratitude to Mr. Lin Nanhong
for his benevolent and righteous actions.
