Mr. Huang Liyun, the Fuzhou Association in the Philippines
Enthusiastic Chinese Education donated to Cheng Kuang High School Student Fund
Since the outbreak of the Philippine epidemic, the country's economy has suffered a severe recession, and many people have lost their jobs.
The school is not exempted and they are also affected. Parents have no money to pay tuition fees, and a large number of students are lost.
Therefore, financially, it has fallen into crisis. Many people in the Filipino-Chinese community, concerned about the situation of Chinese education,
they have come forward to donate money and donations, hoping to tide over the difficulties brought about by the epidemic.
The founder of the school, Mr. He Zuxin, was born in Fuzhou, so he has forged a deep relationship with the Fuzhou Association in the Philippines and the Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines.
The two units have also donated many times to the school's education fund to help students from poor families. Especially at this time
I learned that some students in our school may be forced to transfer to public schools due to the epidemic situation, but they have no choice but to give up the opportunity to learn Chinese culture.
Therefore, under the instruction of Chairman Huang Liyun, on June 18, 2022, on At 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Mr. Yang Zilong, on behalf of the chairman of the Fuzhou Association in the Philippines,
and the chairman of the Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, Mr. Huang Liyun personally donated 100,000 Philippine dollars to the school, and the fellow villagers donated 200,000 Philippine pesos as a scholarship.
Director Zhang Yaoxiong, Director Zeng Tiefeng, President Huang Sihua and Director Lin Meimei accepted it.
Chairman Huang Liyun, as well as all members of the Fuzhou Association in the Philippines and the Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, are usually enthusiastic about public welfare, charity, and concern for the development of Chinese education.
His dedication is also respected and admired by the community. The donation of the school's scholarship fund this time has benefited many students who have the opportunity to learn Chinese culture.
