In this year’s “Hua Yin Carry” 2024 Global Chinese Youth Instrumental Music Performance, Huang Yuwei, a ninth-grade student of our school, won the silver medal for his outstanding piano performance, winning honors for the school. Huang has been learning piano since he was a child. With his love for music and unremitting efforts, he has shown outstanding talent in piano performance. With the support of his teachers and family, Huang continued to challenge himself. He participated in the piano competition for the first time and achieved good results. It is a great congratulations and well-deserved.
The “Promote Chinese Sound” 2024 Global Chinese Youth Instrumental Music Exhibition attracted Chinese teenagers from all over the world to participate. The competition has individual and collective categories for piano, violin, guzheng, and other musical instruments, aiming to promote music exchange and learning among Chinese teenagers. With his superb skills and soulful performance, Huang Yuwei stood out from many contestants and won unanimous praise from the judges. He finally won the silver medal in the youth category of the Huayin Feiyang Award. After learning that Mr. Huang won the award, all the teachers and students in the school felt proud of him. It is reported that Huang Yuwei’s entry this time is “Golden Hour.” This piece of music requires extremely high technical and emotional expressions, but through long-term practice and in-depth understanding, Huang was able to interpret every detail of the piece vividly. He conveyed deep emotions and delicate expression with his piano sound, which deeply impressed the judges.
