On the morning of February 2nd, at 9:00 a.m., Mr. Han Dali, the international affairs consultant of the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office of Yuanpei University of Medical Technology, paid a courtesy visit to our school and received a warm welcome from Principal Huang Sihua. Firstly, Mr. Han introduced two departments of the university—Food and Beverage Management and Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Technology— the principal explained that Filipino students are welcome to study at Yuanpei University. Interested students can not only receive a fifty percent scholarship per semester but also apply for free accommodation in student dormitories, as well as opportunities for work-study programs. Later, Mr. Han Dali held a seminar for high school students to study abroad in Taiwan. Mr. Han himself is a Taiwanese student from the United States. He studied at a university in Taiwan in 2011 and has been working at his alma mater since graduation. He shared bits and pieces of his student life with the high school students, hoping that after graduating from high school, they would consider studying abroad, believing that they would definitely have a different and colorful learning experience. Finally, both parties exchanged souvenirs, and the morning’s activities came to a successful conclusion.
二月二日上午九時元培醫事科技大學國際暨兩岸事務處國際事務顧問韓達理先生禮訪本校，並獲黃思華校長的熱烈歡迎。首先，韓先生向校長介紹該校的兩個科系—食品和飲料管理及生物技術和制藥技術，並說明歡迎菲律濱學生到元培大學就讀，有意者不但可以獲得每學期五折獎學金，也可以申請到免費住進學生宿舍，以及半工半讀的機會。之後，韓達理顧問向高中部學生舉行一場赴台升學座談。韓先生本身是來自美國的台灣留學生，二零一一年就在台灣讀大學，畢業後就留在母校工作，直到現在，他把他的學生時代的學涯生活的點點滴滴分享給本校高中生聽，希望他們能在高中畢業後，考慮出國學習，相信他們一定會有既不一樣又豐富多彩的學習生活體驗。最後，雙方互贈紀念品，早上的活動也畫上了圓滿的句點。
